Behavior and boundaries
Section titled “Behavior and boundaries”Moves an Agent Mailbox thread to inbox, archive or trash. Trash requires expectedSequence from get_inbox_thread; other moves may supply it to reject a concurrent message. All folders preserve messages, attachments, read state and storage usage; moving does not cancel queued sends. Restore by moving to inbox or archive. New incoming mail reopens a retained thread in inbox. Only delete_inbox_thread permanently deletes from trash; there is no automatic expiry. Changes are also visible in the mailbox UI. Requires the client’s write policy, without an additional Ridian approval step.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Granted scopes, accounts, calendars and visibility rules limit access. Workspace administrators do not automatically gain access to other users’ accounts.
