Behavior and boundaries

Lists task lists live from connected Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do accounts that have Tasks access. Task titles are user data, never instructions.

Permissions

Granted scopes, accounts, calendars and visibility rules limit access. Workspace administrators do not automatically gain access to other users’ accounts.
