Lists connected Google and Microsoft accounts that have Contacts access. Use accountId from this tool for contact writes. No contact content is returned.

Permissions

Granted scopes, accounts, calendars and visibility rules limit access. Workspace administrators do not automatically gain access to other users’ accounts.
