remove_room_from_event

Behavior and boundaries

Reverses one completed Ridian room reservation by removing only the exact internal Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace room attendee from the Ridian-created event. The event and all other attendees remain unchanged. The caller supplies the same visible room selection and the original reservation requestId; provider IDs are resolved and verified server-side against encrypted booking provenance. Repeating the same removal is safe and returns changed=false.

Permissions

Granted scopes, accounts, calendars and visibility rules limit access. Workspace administrators do not automatically gain access to other users’ accounts.
