remove_inbox_attachment

Behavior and boundaries

Permanently removes one ready, failed or unfinished attachment from a draft only when expectedRevision matches. Cancels pending attachment work, deletes stored bytes and releases reserved storage once. Returns the new draft revision. Does not remove attachments from queued or sent mail. On conflict or an uncertain response, list attachments and read the current draft before deciding again.

Permissions

Granted scopes, accounts, calendars and visibility rules limit access. Workspace administrators do not automatically gain access to other users’ accounts.
