Behavior and boundaries
Section titled “Behavior and boundaries”Permanently deletes a saved draft and its attachments (including unfinished uploads) only if expectedRevision matches. Does not delete or recall a queued or sent email. On conflict read the current draft before deciding; no separate Ridian approval is required under the client’s write policy.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Granted scopes, accounts, calendars and visibility rules limit access. Workspace administrators do not automatically gain access to other users’ accounts.
