## Behavior and boundaries

Permanently deletes a saved draft and its attachments (including unfinished uploads) only if expectedRevision matches. Does not delete or recall a queued or sent email. On conflict read the current draft before deciding; no separate Ridian approval is required under the client's write policy.

## Permissions

Granted scopes, accounts, calendars and visibility rules limit access. Workspace administrators do not automatically gain access to other users’ accounts.
