Native OpenClaw plugin (Alpha)

Pilot

Installable alpha package for OpenClaw 2026.10.4 under getridian on GitHub and ClawHub (alpha). Uses account-based Ridian MCP with a separate OAuth grant. Available tools depend on provider, resources and permissions. Anonymous HTTP mailbox creation and automatic email replies are separate workflows.

Calendar sync

Available

Google, Microsoft, CalDAV and ICS feed sources; writable calendars as destinations. One-way and two-way connections depend on the plan. ICS feeds are read-only. Between Google and Microsoft, series remain native; later changes and cancellations of individual occurrences follow the connection’s content policy. Provider limits and a maximum of 1,000 exceptions per series still apply.

Google and Microsoft in AI connectors

Available

Read events, find available times, create, update or delete standalone events without guests, change, move or delete single occurrences of your own series without guests, and rename entire series. Calendar and assistant permissions limit every request. Ridian is available as a Community Connector in the public Claude directory.

Alvin, the in-app agent

Available

Enabled for all workspaces: personal chats, reading calendars and events, finding free times, reading Google Tasks/Microsoft To Do and personal Google/Microsoft contacts, searching Google Other Contacts and Workspace people, and listing enabled mail accounts. It creates events and tasks according to the selected execution mode, and updates and completes Google tasks with version checks. Alvin displays your permitted syncs and saved sync drafts in a read-only canvas with editing links. Creating one-way or two-way syncs, changing selection rules for one direction, and pausing or resuming the pair follow the selected execution mode. Sync permissions, calendar selection, plan and workspace policies limit these actions. Alvin updates, moves and deletes your existing standalone events and single occurrences of your own series without guests or meeting data in Google, Microsoft and CalDAV according to the selected execution mode, with fresh permission and version checks; the preview states “Only this occurrence”. On explicit request it renames an entire series or changes its description and location. It accepts, tentatively accepts or declines standalone invitations in Google and Microsoft without a response email to the organizer. Full event details are required. Use your calendar app for recurrence rules, series with guests and moving all-day events. Limits: editing Microsoft tasks, deleting tasks, changing contacts and sending email through Google/Microsoft are not yet connected to Alvin. Agent Mailboxes have separate permissions and support reading, drafts and explicitly requested sending. Ongoing conversation context survives permission changes; older sections are summarized using credits when needed. Up to 200 requests per chat. Personal mode selection per workspace: Ask before changes or Execute automatically within granted permissions, including mailbox actions and sending. New access starts with confirmation; existing access keeps its previous behavior until a mode is chosen. Changing mode invalidates pending proposals.

Personal default timezone for Alvin

Available

Set a timezone in your personal profile and confirm it as the first setup step; search the picker by city or timezone. Alvin uses it for requests without an explicit timezone; changes through Alvin require separate permissions and follow the selected execution mode. Existing appointments stay unchanged.

Agent Mailbox

Available

Addresses at ridianmail.com with receiving, sending, drafts, attachments, reply/forward and trash. With full access, the default, Alvin and MCP can use all your Agent Mailboxes; mailboxes and read/write/send rights can be restricted. On-request analysis of small images, PDFs/scans, text and XLSX cell values is available only in Alvin: at most 2 MB, two PDF pages and additional content limits. No Google/Microsoft inbox access, HTTP sending or automatic agent runs triggered by incoming mail. Free: one mailbox per person across workspaces; paid slots per person and workspace. At most 20 creations per person in rolling 24 hours across all clients and workspaces. Folder views, stars and new-message notices in the open app. MCP attachment download tickets require inbox:write and attachment read access. Private HTTP receiving access without sign-in: repeatable creation, messages, attachments, event polling and signed webhooks. Browser test mailbox with saved access and claim into a verified workspace while keeping its address and content. On claim, the owner chooses whether the existing HTTP access continues or ends, and can revoke it later in mailbox settings. Retained HTTP tokens stay limited to reads/events; sending and calendars require separate authorization. No automatic expiry. New random addresses use two words and four digits. Fetchable SKILL.md agent guide, Python/cURL entry points and Cursor MCP configuration with OAuth. The visible test page automatically creates or reuses saved receiving access. Installable Python package for Linux/macOS with a separate CLI command, recovery and explicit event acknowledgement on PyPI (ridian-mailbox, MIT), with public source at github.com/getridian/ridian-mailbox-python. The landing page shows senders and subjects for the three newest messages without opening content; test instructions and access management use dialogs. Python and Node.js/TypeScript provide secure default paths for saved access. TypeScript SDK for Node.js 22+ on Linux/macOS on npm as @getridian/mailbox (alpha, MIT), with public source at github.com/getridian/ridian-mailbox-typescript. CalDAV in AI connectors

Available

Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE and other CalDAV calendars: read events and availability, create, update or delete standalone events without guests, change, move or delete single occurrences of your own series without guests, and rename entire series. CalDAV accounts can be connected directly in the guided setup when adding an assistant. Calendars only: no recurring-series creation and no invitation responses; tasks, contacts, email and rooms are not available through CalDAV.

Weekly series via AI

Available

Create bounded weekly series for Google and Microsoft. In Alvin and MCP: one weekday, every week or every N weeks, 2–104 occurrences including the first, with the last within 104 weeks. Single occurrences of your own series without guests can be changed, moved or deleted, and entire series renamed; use the calendar app for other recurrence patterns, schedule changes and deleting entire series. CalDAV series creation is not supported.

All-day events via AI

Available

Create single all-day events spanning one or more days in Google, Microsoft and CalDAV (including Apple iCloud), in Alvin and through MCP create_event. You give the first and last day; up to 366 days. Use the calendar app for all-day series and to move an all-day event to another date.

Permissions and visibility

Available

Choose permitted accounts and calendars, separate read/write permissions, and share busy times, titles and times, or permitted details. Revocation and reconnect have been tested.

Tasks, contacts and outgoing email

Available

Separate Google/Microsoft permissions are required. Email is send-only; no mailbox reading. Not available through CalDAV.

Respond to invitations

Available

Google and Microsoft: accept, tentatively accept or decline when the event supports it and the connector has separate permission. The AI action does not send a response email to the organizer. Not supported for CalDAV.

Create Google calendars

Available

With separate permission, the AI connector can create Google secondary calendars. This is not general management or deletion of arbitrary calendars; the assistant may additionally block destructive actions.

Find and book rooms via AI

Available

Find meeting rooms of your own organization via AI, check availability, book them and remove a booking again. Requires a Microsoft 365 work account or Google Workspace with an administrator grant for rooms. A booking is sent as an invitation through the provider; “requested” does not yet mean confirmed by the room.

Microsoft room calendar sources

Available

Microsoft room calendars as a read-only source, for example for a sync. Polled about every five minutes plus processing; no updates within seconds. This source does not resolve issues with booking replies or email aliases.

Hosted Exchange via EWS

Available through a supported pilot. Access depends on your Hosted Exchange provider and individual enablement.

External sharing through a recipient invitation

Planned

The Kalender Sync flow in which an external recipient selects their own destination calendar is not yet available. Workspace invitations are a separate feature.

Plans and billing

Available

Book, change and cancel plans yourself: Free, Basic and Professional for you, Team Starter and Growth with a license per person, Enterprise by contract. Monthly AI credits per plan, top-ups in packs. Assistant tool calls that fail or are rejected use no credits, unless the outcome of a change is unknown. “Plan & billing” shows the usage of every tool against your plan limits in one place.

Event types and booking pages

Available

Event types with their own booking page at getridian.com/your-name, shown as a month, week or list. One-on-one, team (round robin, collective), group or course, plus scheduling polls. Meeting links from Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Bookings via console, Alvin, MCP, REST and webhooks.

Time off and cover

Available

Add vacation, sick leave or training, all day or with times: no available times during it, and round robin skips the person. Hand bookings over to a cover with calendar event, meeting link, booker email and lead owner. Import out-of-office entries from Google and Outlook. In the console, Alvin and MCP, webhook booking.reassigned.

Concurrent bookings per person

Available

Up to 10 bookings at the same time per person, across all event types. The person’s own booking events don’t block twice; other events and absences still do. Owners and admins set the value for others. From Professional.

Calendar view

Available

All connected calendars (Google, Microsoft, iCloud and CalDAV) with bookings, subscription calendars and time off in one console view: day, week, month, agenda on mobile. Read live from the provider, with no copy and no credits. Add your own events without guests (also weekly series in Google and Microsoft), move, edit and delete them. Exchange (EWS) and ICS feeds not yet.

Bookers show their own calendar

Available

Bookers show their own Google or Microsoft calendar next to the available times, on the booking page, the widget and in funnels. Free/busy only, no titles; hosts see none of it.

Waitlists and recurring bookings

Available

Full group and course slots and fully booked days get a waitlist confirmed by email; when a spot opens, the next person moves up automatically, with a payment deadline for paid bookings. Bookers book one-on-one meetings weekly, every two weeks or monthly in one step.

Choose your notifications

Available

In the booking and funnel settings, each person chooses whether we notify them about new bookings, cancellations, reschedules and new leads by email or WhatsApp.

Paid bookings

Available

Get paid for bookings through your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect). Cancellations are refunded automatically under your cancellation rule, and series are paid upfront.

Zoom meetings for bookings

Planned

Zoom as the location of an event type. The Zoom app is in review with Zoom; until then Zoom is visible but locked.

Funnels and leads

Available

Funnels on ridian.page or your own subdomain: questions with branching that lead to the right appointment. All leads from funnels and bookings in one place, with status, notes and export; optional WhatsApp alerts, plus API and webhook access.

Subscribable calendars

Available

Publish events as a public calendar your customers subscribe to in one click in Google, Outlook or Apple.

Own mailboxes via IMAP

Preview

Beta: connect mailboxes such as WEB.DE or GMX via IMAP/SMTP. Alvin and MCP read mail, create drafts and send after confirmation. Mail content is passed through, not stored.

Shared privacy choices

Available

One shared consent choice for the website, Console and Docs/Help. Optional usage analytics (PostHog, EU) runs only with consent.

Public documentation assistant

Available

AI help on the website, Docs and Help in English and German, with sources from public guides. No account or calendar access or calendar actions; check answers against the sources.

Support contact form

Available

Docs/Help requests reach the support team with an acknowledgment. Retrying the same request does not create another case. Email delivery is a separate status; no automatic account linking or inclusion of the entire chat.

Confirmed assistant handoff to support

Available

On the website, Docs and Help: review, edit and explicitly send a message. Receipt is confirmed with a reference; email delivery is processed separately. No automatic account linking.

Claude directory listing

Available

Ridian is listed in the Claude connector directory. After adding it, connect your provider accounts and authorize calendar access.

Assistant setup after email verification

Available

Resume assistant setup started during registration after verifying your email, including in a new tab. If authorization has expired, setup help and connection instructions guide you to start again from your assistant.

Personal email preferences

Available

Separate setup series for new registrations: up to five relevant emails in 14 days, with an immediate option to decline and unsubscribe at any time. Ends after first meaningful use; personal support pauses it. Existing three-email subscriptions remain unchanged. Tips, news and offers remain individually opt-in. Manage preferences in personal settings or the email center. Necessary account, contractual, security and operational messages remain independent.

Alvin in WhatsApp

Available

Private WhatsApp chat with Alvin, guided setup and secure account linking. Text and approval buttons; calendars, tasks, contact lookup, timezone and Agent Mailbox within existing permissions and provider support. Personal execution mode shared with the app. Manage calendar syncs in the app.
