Add events right in your calendar

- New: In Calendar you add events by dragging or with “Add”, also as a weekly series in Google and Microsoft.
- New: Move, resize, rename and delete events, with Undo. Events with guests and bookings stay protected and tell you where to change them.
Waitlists at a glance

- New: Under Bookings › Waitlists you see where people are waiting and what happened to each entry, and you can move people up yourself when needed.
Week grid and view switch when booking

- Improved: The week on your booking page is now a time grid from Monday to Sunday. Bookers switch between week, month and list themselves.
- Improved: When showing their own calendar, bookers choose which of their calendars we check.
- Improved: Your booking page loads more calmly: instead of a loading message, the view appears in its final shape right away. Weeks and months already loaded show up instantly when paging.
Choose your notifications

All your calendars in one place

- New: Add time off and hand your bookings over to a cover in one click.
Every booking in your CRM, with an owner

- Improved: Every booking becomes a lead in your CRM, even without a funnel: from the booking page, single-use and package links, the API or Alvin.
- New: For Round Robin and Collective, the assigned host automatically owns the lead. My leads shows only yours.
- New: A lead’s history also shows rescheduled appointments, with the old and new time.
- Improved: The lead.created webhook now also reports leads from bookings, with the appointment and the owner.
Booking pages, funnels and subscribable calendars, right in Ridian

- New: Event types with their own booking page at getridian.com/your-name, shown as a month, week or list. For you alone, your team, groups or courses, plus scheduling polls.
- New: Get paid for bookings through your own Stripe account. Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams create the meeting link automatically.
- New: Funnels on ridian.page or your own subdomain: questions with branching that lead straight to the right appointment based on each answer.
- New: All leads from funnels and bookings in one place, with status, notes and export. Optional WhatsApp alerts, plus API and webhook access.
- New: Subscribable calendars: publish events as a calendar your customers subscribe to in one click in Google, Outlook or Apple.
- Beta: Connect your mailbox via IMAP, for example from WEB.DE or GMX. Alvin reads your mail there and prepares replies for you.
All-day events, single series occurrences, more reliable iCloud

- New: Alvin and your AI assistant add all-day events, including multi-day ones, in Google, Microsoft and Apple iCloud.
- New: Move, change or delete a single occurrence of a series. All other occurrences stay as they are.
- New: Rename an entire series in one sentence, or update its description and location.
- Improved: Apple iCloud calendars are read more reliably. If a calendar or time range is missing, you get all other events plus a note.
- Improved: Failed or rejected tool calls no longer use credits.
Alvin and a faster start

- New: Alvin, your agent right inside Ridian.
- New: Agent Mailbox – email addresses of your own for you and your AI agents.
- New: A personal start guide shows you the right next steps.
- Improved: Connect Claude and ChatGPT in fewer steps, with example prompts to get going.
- Improved: When connecting Google and Microsoft, you choose what Ridian may use.
