## Behavior and boundaries

Sends one plain-text email from an explicitly enabled Google or Microsoft account to external recipients. No drafts, HTML, attachments, mailbox reads, or delivery tracking. requestId must be unique for this intended email and reused unchanged on retries.

## Permissions

Granted scopes, accounts, calendars and visibility rules limit access. Workspace administrators do not automatically gain access to other users’ accounts.
